Meet Dr. Amelia Jordan
Dr. Amelia spent her childhood along the southeast coast of Florida before moving to south Louisiana with her family as a teenager. She attended Louisiana State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, then moved to Dallas to continue her education at Parker University where she graduated with both her Doctor of Chiropractic degree and a Master of Science in Clinical Neuroscience.
A Passion for Chiropractic
Dr. Amelia was first adjusted at just 10 years old. After struggling with her health, she and her family found hope and healing through chiropractic. It was a life-changing experience that sparked a passion for helping others and ultimately led her to the profession.
Today, Dr. Amelia helps individuals and families experience the healing potential of a healthy nervous system. She believes that when the nervous system functions at its best, the body is free to heal, adapt, and thrive the way it was designed to. She has a particular passion for prenatal patients, infants, and children, and serves patients of every age with compassionate, neurologically focused care.

Outside the Office
In March 2026, Dr. Amelia married her husband, JR, a Dallas native and SMU alum. When she isn’t in the office, she loves being outdoors, traveling somewhere new, taking Pilates classes, and making memories with family and friends.
